    Ingredients

    Scale
    • Strawberry Syrup
      • ½ cup strawberries
      • ¼ cup granulated sugar
      • ¼ cup water
    • Strawberry Vodka Martini
      • 2 oz strawberry simple syrup
      • 2 oz vodka
      • 2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

    Instructions

    1. Make the strawberry simple syrup: Heat the strawberries, sugar and water together in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
