Use a handheld frother to mix the coconut milk until it doubles in size. This will take about 30 seconds.
Microwave the coconut milk for about 30 seconds to warm it up.
Pour the coconut milk over the espresso, holding back the frothed foam. Scoop the foam on top of the latte.

- 1 ½ oz espresso
- 2 ½ tsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp cinnamon

- ½ cup coconut milk
Instructions
- While still hot, mix the maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract into the espresso until fully dissolved.
- In a tall, microwaveable glass, use a handheld electric frother to froth the coconut milk for 30 seconds until it doubles in volume. Microwave the coconut milk for 20-30 seconds until warm.
- Pour the frothed coconut milk over the espresso. Scoop the remaining frothed foam on top. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
