Instructions
Heat the oat milk, cinnamon and maple syrup on a saucepan over medium to high heat, stirring occasionally. Bring the milk almost to a boil, but don’t let it boil.
Once steaming, remove the pan from the heat and froth the milk.
Pour the bottom, liquid portion into a mug, on top of the shot of espresso. Scoop the remaining foam on top.

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk*
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- 1 -2 shots espresso
Instructions
- Heat the oat milk, cinnamon and maple syrup together in a saucepan over medium to high heat. Whisk to dissolve the cinnamon. Heat the milk until it almost boils, but don’t let it actually boil. Adjust the temperature as needed. There should be lots of steam coming off the milk without any bubbles forming.
- Once hot, remove from the stove and use a handheld frother to froth the oat milk.
- Pour the liquid (bottom) portion over the espresso. Scoop the remaining foam on top of the latte. Enjoy!
