Description

This easy vegan oat milk latte is the best coffee to make on a cold, winter morning. Steamed oat milk, a shot of strong espresso, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a dash of maple syrup.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk*
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp maple syrup
  • 1 -2  shots espresso

  • *Use barista oat milk for a frothier, creamier latte.
  • If you don’t have an electric frother: After steaming the oat milk on the stove, add it to a blender and blend on low.
  • Don’t let the oat milk boil. Adjust the temperature as needed to allow the oat milk to heat up as close as possible to boiling, without actually boiling.
