Instructions
- Mash 3 to 4 strawberries, and press the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to make a strawberry purée. You should have about 1 ounce of strawberry purée. You may need to use a few extra strawberries if your strawberries are small.
- Add the sweet & sour mix, Hennesy, triple sec and strawberry purée to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Slice the remaining strawberries and stir them into your drink. Serve immediately.

- Frozen Version: To make this a frozen drink, blend the ingredients with some frozen strawberries and ice cubes. Skip the strawberry purée. Adjust the liquid & amount of ice used to get the right consistency.
