Description
This spiced ginger pear bourbon cocktail is a creative fall whiskey cocktail that is perfect for the transition to winter.
Ingredients

- 3 oz pear juice
- 1 oz bourbon
- ½ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ tbsp simple syrup
- 2 oz ginger beer
Instructions
- Add the pear juice, bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well for 10 to 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is fully frosted. Strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with ginger beer, add pear slices as a garnish (optional) and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a unique flavor variation, replace the simple syrup with one of these flavored ones: pear simple syrup, chocolate simple syrup, raspberry simple syrup, pistachio simple syrup or rosemary simple syrup.
