Description
This refreshing pineapple and watermelon smoothie has only two ingredients, making it the easiest and fastest summer smoothie to make. With its slightly slushy texture and tropical flavor, this drink is a definite crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh watermelon chunks, with seeds removed
- ¾ cup frozen pineapple
Instructions
- Add the watermelon chunks and frozen pineapple to a blender. Make sure to place the watermelon chunks closest to the blades as this will help the smoothie blend smoothly.
- Pulse the blender a few times and then blend for 5-10 seconds on high until all the frozen pineapple chunks have broken down.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
- If using fresh fruit, add ice. If you choose to use fresh pineapple instead of frozen, add in a handful of ice as well to make the smoothie thicker.
