Description
This sweet chili aioli is an easy dipping sauce that takes only a couple of minutes to make. It is a creamy, mayo-based sauce that is perfect for dipping fries, chicken fingers or breaded shrimp in.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 4 tsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- dash of salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, garlic and salt together until well combined.
- Place in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to infuse together before serving.
