This Pineapple Whiskey Sour is an easy cocktail that any whiskey lover will enjoy. It’s made with only 4 ingredients in under 5 minutes.

- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 ½ oz whiskey
- 1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 oz aquafaba*
Instructions
- Add the pineapple juice, whiskey, lemon juice and aquafaba to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well for 20 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Aquafaba: This recipe uses aquafaba (the liquid inside a can of chickpeas) to create the foam on top of the cocktail. You can replace the aquafaba with one egg white or leave it out altogether.
