Description
This pineapple slushie is a refreshing summer drink that both kids and adults will love. It's made with only 3 ingredients and is incredibly easy to make.
Instructions
- Add the frozen pineapple, pineapple nectar, and coconut water to a blender.
- Pulse the blender just until the pineapple chunks have broken down. Don’t overblend the slushie, otherwise it will become too liquidy.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of liquid. You may need to add an extra splash of coconut water to loosen up the slushie and get the right consistency. If the slushie is too liquidy, blend in some ice cubes.
- Add a simple syrup. If you want to add in creative flavors, add in 1 to 2 tablespoons of a flavored simple syrup. Try this chocolate simple syrup, this strawberry syrup or this raspberry simple syrup.
