An easy, vegan, tropical papaya smoothie that is perfect for a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients

- 1 cup papaya chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 4 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the papaya, coconut milk, mango, pineapple and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- To reduce the calories: Coconut milk is healthy, but higher in calories than other non-dairy milks. To reduce the calories, substitute ½ to ⅔ of the coconut milk with almond milk instead.
