Description
This healthy mango spinach smoothie is an easy breakfast smoothie. Packed with fresh spinach, mango, banana and a scoop of chia seeds.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups spinach, packed
- 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add the spinach, mango chunks, banana, water and chia seeds to a blender.
- Pulse a few times, then blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
Notes
- If you add the chia seeds, you may need to add a bit more water to even out the consistency of the smoothie. Add a couple tablespoons of water at a time.
