Description
This mango rum cocktail is a sweet, tropical cocktail that is perfect for summer time. It is easy to make in 5 minutes and can be served a couple drinks at a time, or in a whole pitcher.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ oz white rum
- 2 oz mango nectar
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz passionfruit juice
- ½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions
- Add the white rum, mango nectar, pineapple juice, passionfruit juice and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and serve.
Notes
- To make your own mango nectar, blend fresh mango chunks with a small amount of water until smooth. Then, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
