Description
This tangy lemon mint mocktail is a refreshing, non alcoholic summer drink that everyone will love.
Ingredients

- 10 mint leaves
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 to 3 oz club soda
Instructions
- In a lowball cocktail glass, muddle gently muddle the mint leaves, simple syrup and honey together. Press gently on the mint leaves until they release their juices. Don’t over muddle.
- Add in a handful of ice to the glass. Top with the lemon juice, followed by the club soda. Gently stir before serving.
Notes
- Don’t over muddle or tear the mint leaves as this can cause bitter flavors to be released.
- To make this an extra sour, tangy lemon mocktail, use only 1 oz of simple syrup.
- Experiment with additional flavors by replacing 1 oz of regular simple syrup with a flavored one such as this strawberry simple syrup, this blueberry simple syrup or this raspberry simple syrup.
