Description
This Kenny’s Cooler Recipe is an easy copycat recipe for the refreshing Texas Roadhouse cocktail. This tropical summer cocktail is made with coconut Malibu rum, lemonade and blue curaçao.

- 6 oz lemonade
- 1 ¼ oz Malibu
- ¾ oz Peach Schnapps
- ½ oz blue curaçao
- ½ oz sweet and sour mix
- maraschino cherry (optional)
- orange slice (optional)
Instructions
- Add the lemonade, Malibu rum, Peach Schnapps, blue curaçao, and sweet and sour mix to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a fishbowl glass filled with ice. Optionally, add a maraschino cherry and orange slice as garnish. Serve immediately.
Notes
- How to make your own sweet and sour mix: Heat ¼ cup granulated sugar and ¼ cup water together in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar fully dissolves. Let the syrup cool. Mix the syrup with ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice and ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice.
