Description
This creamy, thick iced coffee with ice cream is the best summer coffee drink. Blended together for an easy milkshake-like coffee drink that takes only 5 minutes to make.

- ½ cup vanilla ice cream
- 3 oz strong coffee, chilled
- 3 ½ tbsp milk
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Blend the ice cream, coffee, milk and sugar together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass. Optionally, pour over an additional scoop of ice cream. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the coffee to ice cream ratio. If you prefer a stronger coffee drink, add an extra 1 to 2 oz of coffee.
- Vegan version: Replace the milk with almond or oat milk and use vegan ice cream.
