This creamy iced almond milk latte is an easy, refreshing, and completely vegan iced latte drink that is perfect for summer.

- 2 shots espresso
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup almond milk*
- handful of ice
Instructions
- While the espresso is still hot, mix in the maple syrup and sugar until fully dissolved.
- Using a handheld frother, froth the almond milk for about 30 seconds until it has doubled in volume.
- Pour the espresso into a serving glass filled with ice. Pour the frothed almond milk on top and serve immediately. Enjoy!

- *Almond Milk: Choose an almond milk that is high in fat content for a frothier, creamier latte.
- Froth the almond milk when it is cold. Almond milk froths best when it is cold. Keep the almond milk in the fridge right up until you are ready to froth it.
- Add in some vanilla flavor. To make this an iced vanilla almond milk latte, use vanilla flavored almond milk and add in ½ tsp of vanilla extract.
