Description
This honey ginger syrup recipe is easy to make in 15 minutes with only 3 ingredients. It’s perfect for adding into tea, lemonade or making cocktails with.
Instructions
- Heat the ginger, honey and water together in a small saucepan over medium heat. Continue to heat, stirring occasionally for 5 to 8 minutes until the honey completely dissolves.
- Use a fine mesh strainer to remove the chunks of ginger.
- Let the honey ginger syrup cool to room temperature before using.

- Storage: Store leftover syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
