Description
This gin mojito is the perfect mojito recipe for anyone who loves gin. Made just like a classic mojito, but without rum.
Ingredients

- 6-8 large fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ½ oz gin
- 6 oz club soda
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Muddle the mint, sugar and lime together. Press gently with the muddler a few times to release the mint juices. Don’t tear the mint leaves.
- Add the gin and stir, lifting up the leaves from the bottom of the glass.
- Add a handful of ice and top with the club soda. Stir one more time and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
- 1 oz = 2 tablespoons = ⅛ cup. If you aren’t comfortable measuring in ounces, convert the measurements to tablespoons or cups.
