Description
This Flaming Sambuca is a fiery two ingredient shot recipe that is great for a party. All you need is Sambuca, a few coffee beans and a match.

- 3 coffee beans
- 1 ½ oz Sambuca
Instructions
- Add the coffee beans and Sambuca to a shot glass.
- Using a match or a lighter, light the Sambuca on fire.
- Let the shot burn for a few seconds, then extinguish the flame by putting the bottom of another cocktail glass on top of the shot.
- Take the shot only once the flame has been entirely extinguished. Enjoy responsibly!
Notes
- Safety: Do not drink the shot while it is still on fire. Do not spill any alcohol that is on fire as it can continue to burn and start a fire. Do not keep anything flammable around the flame. Do not use water to extinguish an alcohol fire; use baking soda or a fire extinguisher. Don’t let the shot burn for more than a few seconds, otherwise the glass can break.
