Description

This Chocolate Cherry Martini is a tasty Valentine’s Day dessert cocktail recipe that is easy to make in under 5 minutes. It’s great for date night or a Galentine’s get together.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 oz cherry vodka
  • 1 oz crème de cacao
  • ½ oz cherry syrup
  • ½ oz chocolate syrup*
  • ½ oz heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Add the cherry vodka, crème de cacao, cherry syrup, chocolate syrup and cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 20 to 30 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted. Strain and pour into the prepared martini glass. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • *Chocolate Syrup: You can use a store bought chocolate simple syrup or make your own chocolate syrup at home. You will need a thicker syrup if you want to add a chocolate drizzle to the inside of the glass.
  • White Chocolate Cherry Martini: For a white chocolate version of this drink (that will turn out pink!), replace the crème de cacao with Godiva white chocolate liqueur and replace the chocolate syrup with white chocolate cocktail syrup.
