- 2 medium apples
- ¾ cup chocolate milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Add the apples, chocolate milk, maple syrup and cinnamon to a blender.
- Blend for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth. Drink immediately.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add yogurt. If you want a thicker, smoother smoothie, add in a bit of yogurt.
- Use a high quality blender. A good quality blender is important for this smoothie, especially if you are blending the apples with their skin on. Make sure your blender is able to fully break down all the pieces of apple skin into a smooth drink.
