Ingredients

- ⅔ cup blueberries
- ½ cup oat milk or almond milk
- 1 medium banana
- 3 Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp almonds
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 4 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the blueberries, milk, banana, dates, almonds, tahini and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!

- Frozen blueberries: If using frozen blueberries, you may need to add a small amount of extra milk to get the right consistency.
