Blueberry Mojitos

These refreshing blueberry mojitos are the perfect rum cocktail for a warm summer night. The same mint, lime and white rum base as a regular mojito with a fruity blueberry twist.

  • 10 medium mint leaves
  • 4 oz blueberry simple syrup
  • 2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 oz white rum
  • 14 oz club soda

  • 1 oz = 2 tbsp = ⅛ cup. If you don’t want to use ounces, you can easily convert the measurements to tablespoons or cups.
  • Strain the cocktail well. The ice and mint leaves can sometimes clog the top of the cocktail shaker and some of the drink can get left behind. Make sure you fully strain out all of the mojito.
  • If you don’t have a muddler, use a wooden spoon. You don’t need a muddler for this recipe. A wooden spoon works just as well to gently press out the mint juices.
