Description

This baileys hot chocolate is the perfect winter hot chocolate to make this season. Cozy up with a mug of this and a book by the fireplace.


Ingredients

    • ½ cup milk
    • 3 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
    • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
    • ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
    • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ oz Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
  • Baileys Whipped Cream: 
    • ⅛ cup whipping cream
    • 2 teaspoons Baileys
    • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

  • Don’t let it boil. Use low to medium heat to prevent the mixture from boiling. Adjust the temperature accordingly.
  • Try a flavored baileys. Instead of original baileys, try a flavored version such as vanilla cinnamon baileys or hazelnut baileys.
