Description
This White Chocolate Espresso Martini is an easy dessert cocktail that is perfect for Valentine’s Day. You can make it with either white chocolate syrup or white chocolate liqueur in under 5 minutes.

- 1 to 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz white chocolate syrup*
- 1 oz espresso
Instructions
- Add the vodka, espresso and white chocolate syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well for 20 seconds until the outside of the cocktail shaker is frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- *White Chocolate Syrup: You can use a store bought white chocolate drink syrup, or make your own white chocolate syrup at home. Alternatively, you can use white chocolate liqueur as a substitution.
- White Chocolate Rim: To make a white chocolate rim, melt some white chocolate and dip the rim of the martini glasses in chocolate. Let it set in the fridge before serving the cocktail.
