Description
This refreshing non alcoholic strawberry mojito is the best summer strawberry mojito mocktail! It’s packed with bold and powerful strawberry flavor and a hint of mint. This virgin mocktail will be a hit at any barbecues.
Ingredients

- Strawberry Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup water
- Strawberry Mojito Mocktail:
- 5 medium mint leaves
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 4 oz club soda or 7up
- 1 oz strawberry simple syrup
Instructions
Strawberry Simple Syrup:
- Add strawberries, sugar and water to a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Use a fork or wooden spoon to gently mash the strawberries.
- Continue to heat for about 5 minutes, until the sugar has fully dissolved. Don’t let the syrup boil.
- Remove the syrup from the stovetop and pass it through a fine mesh strainer. Discard the strawberry chunks. Let the strawberry syrup cool to room temperature.
Strawberry Mojito Mocktail:
- Add the mint leaves and lime juice to a mojito glass. Using a muddler, muddle the lime juice and mint leaves together, releasing their juices.
- Add a handful of ice to the glass and top with club soda.
- Pour in the strawberry simple syrup. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
