This creamy vanilla oat milk latte is made with homemade vanilla syrup made from real vanilla beans, which gives the BEST vanilla flavor!


  • Vanilla Syrup:
  • Vanilla Oat Milk Latte:
    • 1 ½ tbsp vanilla syrup
    • 2 oz espresso, freshly brewed
    • ½ cup oat milk


Vanilla Syrup:

  1. Heat the water, sugar, vanilla extract and vanilla bean in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Continue to heat for about 5 to 8 minutes until the sugar has completely dissolved. Don’t let the syrup boil.

Vanilla Oat Milk Latte:


  • This recipe makes extra vanilla syrup. Store leftover syrup in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to 1 to 2 weeks.
