Description
Make this starbucks sweet cream cold foam at home to add on top of all your favorite Starbucks’ copycat drink recipes. Made with homemade vanilla syrup for the most authentic flavor.
Ingredients

- Vanilla Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 whole vanilla bean, split in half
- Sweet Cream Cold Foam:
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
Instructions
- Heat the water, sugar, vanilla extract and vanilla bean in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Continue to heat for about 5 to 8 minutes until the sugar has completely dissolved. Don’t let the syrup boil.
- Once the sugar has dissolved, remove the syrup from the stovetop and strain out the vanilla bean.
- Mix 2 tbsp of vanilla syrup into the half and half. Using a handheld frother, froth until it is the consistency of thick ice cream with some foam on top. This should take about 30 seconds.
- Immediately pour the sweet cream cold foam on top of your iced coffee and enjoy!

- Storage: Use sweet cream cold foam as soon as it is prepared. Store leftover vanilla syrup in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 to 2 weeks.
