- ½ cup coconut milk
- 3 tsp pineapple ginger syrup
- ½ cup pineapple nectar
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Add the matcha powder and coconut milk to a mason jar and shake well until fully combined.
- Pour the matcha and cocktail mixture into a serving glass with ice. Add the pineapple ginger syrup and pineapple nectar. Stir well until all ingredients are well combined.
Notes
- Mix the matcha and coconut milk well. Make sure to fully mix the matcha into the coconut milk before continuing onto the next step. If you have a matcha whisk, you can use that instead of a mason jar.
