Description
This Raspberry White Chocolate Martini is an easy dessert cocktail that is perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 2 oz raspberry vodka
- ½ oz white chocolate syrup*
- ½ oz raspberry syrup*
Instructions
- Add the raspberry vodka, white chocolate syrup and raspberry syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well for 20 to 30 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosted. Strain into a martini glass. Serve immediately.
Notes
- *White Chocolate Syrup: Use a store bought white chocolate syrup, or make your own homemade white chocolate syrup. You could also replace this with white chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva).
- *Raspberry Syrup: If you want, you can use homemade raspberry simple syrup. You can replace the raspberry syrup with Chambord or another type of raspberry liqueur if you have it.
