Papaya Rum Punch

A fruity papaya rum punch cocktail that is the perfect drink to make for the holidays to bring a little beachy feel to the cold weather.



  • 4 oz papaya juice (~1 cup papaya chunks)
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz triple sec 
  • 2 oz white rum 
  • 4 tsp simple syrup*
  • 1/2 cup club soda


  1. Pass the papaya chunks through a juicer to make fresh papaya juice. 
  2. Add the papaya juice, orange juice, triple sec, white rum and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  3. Strain and divide into two glasses with ice (optional). 
  4. Top each with ~1/4 cup club soda.
  5. Serve.

  • If possible, use freshly squeezed/ prepared papaya and orange juices. Fresh juice makes a huge different in the quality of cocktails.
