This fruity papaya rum punch cocktail is the best tropical summer cocktail. Made with fresh papaya, orange juice, triple sec and rum. Topped off with club soda for a bit of fizz. 





  • Making simple syrup: Heat equal proportions of water and sugar together on a saucepan over medium heat. Continue to heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Remove and let cool. 
  • If you don’t have a juicer: Blend the papaya chunks in a blender until smooth. Then pass the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
