Description
This grapefruit paloma mocktail packs a zesty citrus punch with a refreshing fizz. It’s the perfect non-alcoholic Mexican drink for Cinco de Mayo or for a warm summer night.
Ingredients

- 4 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz agave syrup
- 2 oz soda water
Instructions
- Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 10 to 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosted. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
- Top with the soda water and add garnish (optional). Serve immediately.
Notes
- Garnish ideas: grapefruit slice, lime wedge, sprig of an herb
- Variations: You can replace the agave syrup with a flavored simple syrup such as this thyme simple syrup or this rosemary syrup. For a spicy paloma mocktail, use this jalapeno simple syrup.
