Description
These raspberry overnight oats make a healthy & delicious ready-to-go breakfast. Made with only 5 ingredients, these oats can easily be meal-prepped for the week ahead!

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, stir the rolled oats and milk together.
- In a separate, small bowl, use a fork to mash the raspberries, maple syrup and brown sugar together into a smooth mixture.
- Layer the oats in your serving container. Start by adding half of the oats and milk mixture to the bottom. Then, add the maple and raspberry layer in the middle. Lastly, top with the remaining milk and oats mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 6 hours.
- Optionally, top with additional fresh raspberries and an extra drizzle of maple syrup right before serving.
Notes
- If you are using frozen raspberries, thaw them before making this recipe.
- Storage: Store overnight oats in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
