Ingredients
Scale
- 8 mint leaves
- ½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3 oz mango nectar*
- 2 to 3 oz soda water
Instructions
- In a Collins glass, muddle the mint leaves and sugar together, pressing gently on the mint leaves to release their juices.
- Add in the lime juice and mango nectar and stir to help dissolve the sugar. Fill the glass with a handful of ice.
- Top off with the club soda. Add any optional garnishes and serve.
Notes
- *If you want to make your own, homemade mango nectar. Blend fresh mango chunks in a blender with a small dash of water until smooth. Then pass the purée through a fine mesh strainer.
