Description
This lychee mojito is a fresh and refreshing summer cocktail. The light and floral flavors from the lychee give a unique twist on the classic mojito.
Ingredients

- 8 mint leaves
- ½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3 oz lychee nectar
- 1 oz white rum
- 2 to 3 oz club soda
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup together in a highball cocktail glass.
- Add in a handful of ice. Top with the lychee nectar, white rum and club soda.
- Stir gently before serving.
Notes
- If you use lychee syrup instead of lychee nectar, reduce the quantity to 1 to 2 tablespoons of syrup.
