Description

This Lucky Irishman drink is a simple, whiskey-based drink made with only 2 ingredients: whiskey and Baileys. It is a strong St. Patrick’s Day cocktail for anyone who loves whiskey.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 oz whiskey
  • 1 1/2 oz Baileys

Instructions

  1. Add the whiskey and Baileys to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well for 20 seconds and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • This is a very strong, whiskey-forward drink. If you don’t enjoy the taste of whiskey on the rocks or neat, this is probably not the cocktail for you. Try this Pear Bourbon Cocktail instead.
