Kiwi Gin Cocktail

Description

A refreshing, light and easy kiwi gin cocktail. Easy to make just for one or two or in a large batch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 - 6 kiwis, peeled
  • 2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz gin
  • 4 tsp simple syrup*
  • handful of ice
  • 1 1/2 cup club soda**

 


Instructions

  1. Add the lime juice and kiwis to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the kiwis until fully mashed. 
  2. Add the gin and simple syrup to the cocktail shaker. Shake well until mixed. 
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice (optional). Make sure to really press the kiwi juices against the strainer to get all the liquid into the glass, leaving the kiwi chunks in the shaker.
  4. Top up with the club soda and gently stir before serving. 

Notes

  • *To make your own simple syrup, follow the instructions in the blog post. You can also buy your own pre-made simple syrup if you want to save time.
