Description
This kiwi gin cocktail is light, bubbly and quick to make.
Ingredients

- 3 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz gin
- handful of ice
- 5 oz club soda
Instructions
- Add the kiwis, lime juice and simple syrup to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add the kiwi mixture, gin and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well for 5 to 7 second until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
- Strain into a cocktail glass. The kiwi mixture will be thick and you may have to shake it a few times to pour out all of the liquid through the cocktail strainer.
- Top with the club soda and serve immediately. Enjoy responsibly!

- If you want to make a stronger drink, add 2 ounces of gin instead of 1.
