Description
These Kinder Bueno cookies are easy to make and are packed with Kinder Bueno milk chocolate flavor. Soft and chewy, these cookies are delicious fresh out of the oven!
Ingredients

- ½ cup (114g) butter
- 6 tbsp (75g) brown sugar
- 2 tbsp (25g) granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ⅓ cup (160g) all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 6 Kinder Bueno Bars (129g)
Instructions
- Line a large air bake cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together until creamy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a medium sized bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda and salt.
- In two parts, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing only until just combined.
- Fold in the Kinder Bueno chunks.
- Cover and chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Scoop out the dough into 1 ½ tablespoon sized cookies. The cookies should be slightly flat.
- Bake for 11 - 13 minutes at 350F until the edges are just beginning to turn golden brown.
Notes
- Add some extra Kinder Buenos. If you want extra Kinder Bueno flavor, add in even more Kinder Bueno chunks. You can also press chunks into the freshly baked cookies so they melt on top.
- Use an air bake cookie tray. Air insulated cookie trays help you bake the perfect cookie by preventing overheating and burning.
- Use a kitchen scale. Kitchen scales help accurately measure all the ingredients, making sure you get the same result every time.
