Description
This guava mocktail is easy to make with only 5 ingredients and tastes just as good as a real cocktail. Elegant & refreshing, this is the perfect mocktail to serve at a party.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 3 oz guava nectar*
- 1 ½ oz coconut water
- ½ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions
- Run a slice of lemon around the rim of each glass and roll the edge into a small amount of coconut, pressing to make it stick.
- Add the guava nectar, coconut water, lemon juice and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 to 15 seconds until frost appears on the shaker. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda.
Notes
- *This recipe uses store bought guava nectar but you can make your own instead if you prefer. See the blog post for details.
- If you find the shredded coconut is not sticking well to the rim of the glass with lemon juice, try using simple syrup or agave syrup instead.
