Description
This strong gin espresso martini is a fantastic holiday dessert cocktail. A bold, intense drink that is not overly sweet.
Ingredients

- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Espresso, chilled or room temperature
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz chocolate simple syrup
- Handful of ice
Instructions
- Add the gin, espresso, kahlua, chocolate simple syrup and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well for 5-10 seconds until the outside of the cocktail shaker is frosted.
- Strain and serve. Enjoy responsibly!
Notes
- You can make the homemade version of the chocolate simple syrup, or you can use a store bought one.
- For a sweeter martini, replace the Kahlua with Baileys.
