Description
This Chili’s Blueberry Pineapple Margarita is an easy copycat recipe of one of Chili’s tastiest drinks. Whip up a batch of these margaritas in just a few minutes!
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz blueberry syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- ½ tbsp triple sec
- salt for rimming glass (optional)
Instructions
- Run a wedge of lime around the rim of the margarita glass. Roll the rim of the glass in the salt, pressing gently to make it stick.
- Add the pineapple juice, tequila, blueberry syrup, lime juice and triple sec to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
Notes
- For an exact copy of Chili’s recipe, infuse your tequila with fresh pineapple chunks and blueberries for 48 hours before making this recipe.
- The color of this cocktail will depend on the type and amount of blueberry syrup and pineapple juice you use. For a “bluer” cocktail, add more blueberry syrup.
