Description

This easy blueberry glaze recipe is made in less than 5 minutes using only 2 ingredients. It’s perfect for glazing over muffins, cake, donuts, scones or any other blueberry flavored dessert.

  • Storage: Store leftover glaze in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Adjust the thickness. It is easy to adjust the thickness of the glaze based on your preference. For a very thick glaze, add up to 1 ⅔ cup (200g) of icing sugar. For a thinner glaze, use as little as ¾ cup (100g).
  • Thaw frozen blueberries. If you are using frozen blueberries, make sure to fully thaw them first.
