Description

This balsamic glazed asparagus is quick and easy to make. Roasted asparagus is drizzled with a thick, balsamic reduction for a healthy side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

  • Storage: Store leftover roasted asparagus in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Store leftover balsamic glaze in a separate container for up to a week.
  • The glaze will thicken a lot as it cools. If it has thickened too much, reheat it on a saucepan over low heat.
