- 1 apple, cut into chunks
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add the mangoes, apples, milk and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve.
Notes
- Vegan Option: Substitute the regular milk for almond milk and the honey for maple syrup. You can also leave the honey out altogether.
