Description
This Apple Cider Margarita is a cozy fall tequila cocktail that’s perfect for sipping by the fire on a crisp autumn evening.

- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 oz apple cider
- 1 oz tequila
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Make the cinnamon sugar rim. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together until evenly combined. Run a wedge of lime around the rim of your margarita glass. Roll the edge of the glass into the sugar and cinnamon mixture, pressing to make it stick.
- Make the Apple Cider Margarita. Add the apple cider, tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 20 seconds. Strain and pour into your prepared margarita glass, over ice. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Add more alcohol: If you want to make this a stronger drink, use 1 1/2 to 2 oz tequila instead.
